We have finally reached the end of the year! It has been full of good memories and hard work. Opening this LaunchPad studio took tons of dedication and discussion as Learners formed what would be the basis that would be built upon for a long time.
They had much to do as they wrapped up this eventful year. For one, learners had to complete all of their work, finishing pieces and compiling challenges into neat badges for approval. With letters complete, they will now stow them away for the future. Wrapping up their Psychology Quest, the Falcons gained a deeper understanding of people and their behaviors. The end of Art Quest marks the finishing of their amazing final pieces. Civ this session has given them the chance to explore such important topics as WWI and WWII. Most importantly, though, this year has taught them to be better leaders, better learners, and how to explore their future through NGA.
There was still excitement to be had. For one, Learners had to deep clean our studio. It was a long process that took many hours, as next year the studio will look very different. The flooring will be replaced, so LP took the time to remove each foam square from under the tables, shelves, and couch, as well as the time it took to organize all the cabinets, cubbies, and workspaces. By the end, the studio already looked so different, and Learners ended up having a lot of fun with it.
Congratulations on making it another year. The school and LaunchPad studio have grown immensely. There is no doubt that everyone has evolved into more mature and understanding adults. So please continue to encourage your Learners to grow each day, and thank you for your time.
