Three people stand on a stage. One wears headphones and holds a cane. Casual outfits, relaxed mood, under ceiling lights.

We have reached the end of the year, and what a journey it has been. At Acton Academy Bergen County in Closter, NJ, Launch Pad learners reflected on their growth and achievements. They finalized and organized their work, earning badges that marked the completion of quests in Psychology, Art, and Civ. The Psychology Quest deepened their understanding of human behavior, the Art Quest showcased their creativity in final projects, and Civ connected them with lessons from World War I and World War II.

Learners also took on a major studio transformation. They removed foam tiles, reorganized cubbies, and cleared spaces to prepare for a fresh start next year. This hands-on effort reinforced their skills in collaboration, care, and leadership.

As this year comes to a close, we are proud of the maturity, responsibility, and confidence our Launch Pad community has demonstrated. We look forward to seeing how they continue to grow in the years ahead.

Located in Closter, NJ, Acton Academy Bergen County offers an immersive, studio-based learning experience.
