Happy Thanksgiving, Sparks Families!

Even with a shorter week, our Sparks filled each day with focus, creativity, connection, and joy. Here’s a look back at all the wonderful things they accomplished together:

✨ Movement Monday

We kicked off the week by exploring the theme of “looking within.” During our deep launch, Sparks reflected on how they might react in different scenarios and—most importantly—why they would make those choices. It was a meaningful conversation that encouraged self-awareness and thoughtful decision-making.

Afterward, Sparks jumped into an energizing workout to get their heart rates up and prepare their minds and bodies for a strong core session.

In the afternoon, Sparks chose between working on their Talent Show routines or diving into an art block that centered on creating origami.

🎻 Talent Tuesday

Tuesday’s launch highlighted the story of a violinist named William, who demonstrated the power of commitment and maintaining a positive routine. Sparks reflected on how daily habits shape their goals and growth.

The afternoon was dedicated to building out their Hero’s Boards—a meaningful project that helps them reflect on their strengths, inspirations, and personal journey. The work they’re producing is thoughtful and inspiring!

🏆 Wednesday: House Cup & Thanksgiving Fun

Sparks began the day with House Cup, joining mixed-age groups across the different studios. They focused, collaborated, and powered through core work together, showing great teamwork and energy.

After working hard, the celebration began! Sparks enjoyed our Thanksgiving party featuring various craft stations spread throughout the studios.

Later, everyone gathered in the cafeteria for a Thanksgiving feast shared with the entire school—a warm community moment. We ended the day with a closing circle back in the Sparks Studio, wrapping up the week with gratitude and connection.

We hope you all have a wonderful, restful Thanksgiving break. Enjoy the holiday, and we’ll see you back on Monday!
