Welcome back! The final week of Session 6 was filled with badge compilations, an inspiring Exhibition, and meaningful celebrations of growth. Here are this week’s highlights:

Speeches, Games, and Guests: An Exhibition Worth Remembering

This Session’s Exhibition was a truly special event, showcasing each learner’s NGA (Next Great Adventure) speech alongside their handcrafted board games. Learners invited personal guests who could support and inspire their future goals, creating a powerful and memorable atmosphere.

Each NGA speech reflected thoughtful planning, personal growth, and clear vision for the future. Learners confidently shared their ambitions and the steps they plan to take to achieve them. Their handcrafted games complemented the Decision-Making Quest, demonstrating creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. It was a proud and inspiring moment for the Launchpad Studio, highlighting how much the learners have grown.

Knowledge Worth Sharing: Badge Compiling and Portfolio Mastery

Badge compiling is a key part of documenting learner progress and mastery. It involves organizing challenges, reflections, and completed work into a comprehensive portfolio covering areas such as Quest, Genre, and Servant Leadership.

This Session, learners demonstrated impressive organizational skills, carefully compiling and reviewing their work. They also practiced evaluating and approving peer work, strengthening accountability and attention to detail. These portfolios reflect both academic achievement and personal growth.

360-Degree Feedback: Leadership, Teamwork, and Growth

At the end of each Session, learners participate in the 360-Degree Feedback process. This important reflection allows learners to give and receive constructive feedback in areas such as Leadership, Civility, Intentionality, and Teamwork.

Through honest reflection and meaningful praise, learners gain valuable insights into their strengths and opportunities for growth. This process helps build self-awareness, accountability, and strong leadership skills.

As we look ahead, the next Session will bring new challenges, including House Cup activities, writing, math, and an exciting Classical Physics Quest. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved break, and we look forward to another inspiring Session together!
