Dear Sparks Tribe Parents,

We’ve just wrapped up another exciting week! Here’s a quick recap of what our incredible tribe experienced:

Muscle Monday was all about exploring the wonders of our bodies. Sparks dove into the fascinating world of the skeletal and muscular systems, discovering how our bones and muscles work together to help us move.

On Team Building Tuesday, we hosted an energetic Spelling-Bee challenge! Our Sparks were split into groups and had to collaborate to quickly and correctly spell words. It was a great exercise in teamwork and communication, with everyone contributing to the success of their group.

All About Me Wednesday gave the Sparks a chance to reflect on what makes them unique. After watching a short video about a special mouse, each learner shared what they believe makes them special. It was a wonderful opportunity for self-expression and getting to know each other on a deeper level.

For Thoughtful Thursday, Sparks focused on understanding social cues. They played a lively game of charades, guessing different emotions as their peers acted them out. This helped everyone practice empathy and better understand non-verbal communication.

We ended the week with Read Aloud Friday, where the Sparks enjoyed the story The Tasty Treat by Tracey Hecht. Afterward, they engaged in a meaningful discussion about the themes of the story.

Have a fantastic weekend, and we look forward to seeing everyone back for another fun-filled week ahead!
